We bake traditional archipelago rye bread

We started baking our traditional archipelago rye bread in the early 1990's.
It started as a product for our catering business, and eventually the bread became very popular, so we decided to focus on our bakery and  to develop other breads as well. 
Today our bakery offers a wide range of breads and employs 6 people.
